Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Please remember that we are a small independent company. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (assuming it is in stock and not a 'pre-order' item). Our items are generally sent by Royal Mail who collect packages from us twice a week on a Monday and a Thursday at 3pm (GMT). So if you order something at 4pm on a Thursday, it will not be dispatched until 3pm the following Monday. Please also bear in mind that Dan also performs in the band Sergeant Thunderhoof, so there are times when he is away on tour. On these occasions there may be slight delays in dispatching your order. We've recently had international customers complain that we have taken a couple of days to dispatch their item.... it is important to adjust your expectations when dealing with a small company like ours. We are not, and have no wish to be like a company such as Amazon Prime! We thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS

*Buyer must contact us within 80 days of order to be considered for refund/replacement. This is set by the Royal Mail. Any issues reported after this date can sadly not be considered.


We do everything we can to make sure your items get to you in the best possible time and condition. But, sadly there are still times where our items arrive in a poor condition. So, if that happens to you, just follow the steps below:

1. Take a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging it came in. The more photos the better, as we use this to take up our grievance with the postal supplier. Please also take a picture of the postage label.

2. Please email the above images to [email protected]

- In your email, please include your full name, address and a description of the damaged items.

- Please also let us know if there are any changes to your address.

- Please let us know the date that you received the item.

If you haven't received your item, it may be that it is just delayed. The Royal Mail are reporting that items sent internationally can take up to 4-6 weeks. If you still haven't received your item, please email [email protected] with your full name, address and order details/number.

Customs Clearance Fees

Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We have absolutely no control over these, so we urge international buyers (particularly in the EU) to consider this before ordering. Orders are final and we cannot refund items that have not been claimed and returned to us. In those instances, buyer will be required to pay for additional postage costs. 

In order to avoid Customs fees, you could consider buying our items from a stockist in your region, such as Kozmik Artifactz in the EU, and The Cosmic Peddler in the USA. If they are out of stock of the item you want, request it! They place orders with us all the time.

Please note

Unless otherwise stated, all our items are sent either 2nd Class UK or Standard International. The price we charge for postage is pretty accurate to what we get charged. We have received some criticism from International buyers that we charge too much. Please trust us, we are only charging you what it costs us, and in many occasions, we actually make a loss on the postage costs. If you require your item to be sent via an insured/tracked means, please contact us before buying so we can advise you of the full costs.
