Those on Low Income / Financial Hardship
Hey everyone! We hope you're all doing great. We just wanted to remind you all that if any of you are suffering from financial hardship and can't afford our music, we're more than happy to supply you with free download codes. We have always offered this, however it has been a while since we reminded everyone.
All you need to do is the following:
1. Email us using the Contact Us form with 'Low Income' in the subject field.
2. Tell us which releases you would like to download. Don't be afraid to ask for the lot, it's fine.
And that's it. We'll send you a link ASAP. Please don't stress if we don't reply straight away as we're dealing with a lot of enquiries right now, it may take us 2 or 3 days to get back to you.
There's no need to explain your financial position to us, we understand what you're going through, just simply tell us what you want and we'll make it happen, no questions asked.
Similarly, if you would like to purchase physical items but are struggling to afford it, we'll happily send you a discount code. We absolutely know that for our international friends, the postage is very high. We can only assure you that the price we charge for shipping is actually already subsidised by us. It doesn't even cover the cost of the industry leading packaging which we use. But it is what it is at present unfortunately. But we will always try to provide a discount where we can. So again, just send us an email and tell us the items you're after and we'll do everything we can to provide a discount.
