We understand that many of you have had a rough time recently and perhaps the idea of spending money on things like vinyl and Cd is simply out of the question. But we believe the value of music and culture cannot be overlooked. We started Pale Wizard with one goal in mind, to release great music and products that can be enjoyed throughout the world and to sell it at a reasonable price.
With all of that in mind, we want to offer something to those who are struggling to make ends meet. If you are from a low income back ground but would still benefit from the psychological and mental benefits of beautifully crafted music, all we ask is that you contact us.
Shipping rates from the UK to the EU, USA and rest of the world have never been higher. We get many emails from people who simply can't afford the shipping costs. There are some things we can do our end to make it a bit easier for you. There is the option to send the items via 'International Economy' which means it will take a bit longer to arrive to you, but it will be cheaper. Additionally, we will always try and reduce our own unit costs to you if you are experiencing hardship.
The more things you buy, the more we can try and save you as we can combine the postage and slash our prices to accommodate you.
So if you would like to buy some of our products but are struggling, please do the following:
1. Send an email to us at [email protected] with your name, postal address and contact number with 'Low Income Customer Help' in the subject line. You do not need to explain to us your financial position, we will just rely on your honesty.
2. Let us know exactly which products you would like to buy. Some of the items such as vinyl come in different colour variations so be sure to let us know which ones. If you are after clothing, please state the size(s).
3. We may also be able to get some items signed by the artist if you request this. This may not always be possible but we will do our best.
We will aim to respond to your email within 48 hours but do not stress if it takes us a few days, we will get back to you! We will come back to you with a price and/or a unique discount code for you only which is valid for 7 days. You are under no obligation to complete the purchase.
Lastly, we are humans! Sometimes it's good just to talk. If you want to get something off your chest or simply fancy a chat, we're here!
