Sadly, we have been forced to take the decision to suspend all international orders except to the USA.

The reason for these changes is due to the extreme measures that international customs are taking with packages from the UK. Currently, this site (Big Cartel) has no facility to take the relevant VAT fees from the customer at the time of purchase. Therefore we are unable to prove to international customs that the applicable fees have been paid. This has resulted in countless packages being returned to us at a huge expense. Thankfully, ordering items through Bandcamp allows us the opportunity to prove to customs that the relevant fees have all been paid. Please bear in mind, that this does NOT guarantee you will not face customs charges from your home country.
Until the UK can agree suitable trading rules with our international friends, it makes it very hard to send items to anywhere other than the UK and USA. The USA have a very simple system where no fees are due for orders under £800.
